Pompano Beach Boat Parade — Pompano Beach’s Longest Running Tradition
The Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce hosts the longest running boat parade in the country, and its legacy continues to grow. More than 50 boats will glide along the water as part of this year’s theme: “Rock The Boat — Holiday Remix!”

For those who want an elevated viewing experience, the official parade headquarters and judges’ stand will be located at Miraggio’s Italian Grill. Miraggio’s offers one of the best vantage points along the route. Reservations are required.
“The Holiday Boat Parade is one of the most anticipated events of the year,” said Evencia Janvier, CEO of the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce. “We’re thrilled to have Harrah’s Pompano Beach as our title sponsor, helping us continue this cherished tradition that brings families, friends, and visitors together.”
The parade begins at Lake Santa Barbara and continues north through the Hillsboro Bridge to Sullivan Park. Bridges will remain upright beginning at 6:15 PM, arrive early and plan travel accordingly. Boaters can still participate by registering through the Chamber’s website. Entry is just $25, with prizes awarded for Best Overall, Most Creative, and Best Use of Lights.
Entry is free at multiple public viewing areas, it’s one of the most accessible holiday events in Pompano Beach. The event will stream live online for those watching from home, including on the Chamber’s Facebook page here, http://www.facebook.com/pompanobeachchamber
