The History of Revelry—From Lake Worth Roots to an ’80s-Infused Live-Music & Cocktail Haven in Pompano Beach
Revelry launched in 2017 on a colorful side street of downtown Lake Worth. Back then it was a snug beer-and-wine lounge where mismatched armchairs, thrift-store art, and a fridge full of Florida craft brews made everyone feel like a regular. Word spread quickly: if you wanted conversation, creativity, and a killer Belgian flight, Revelry was the hangout.
A 30-Mile Leap & a Giant Glow-Up
Fast-forward to 2023: we packed our neon “R” sign, vintage barware, and record collection, trekked 30 miles north, and reopened in Pompano Beach. Why? More room for louder guitars, bigger, and an ambitious cocktail laboratory. Fun fact: the bar top that now hosts your espresso-martini selfies was once part of the original Lake Worth stage!

Our new address puts us smack in the middle of the booming restaurants Pompano Beach corridor—minutes from the pier and a quick hop from Fort Lauderdale and Boca. We upgraded to a full kitchen, installed a pro-grade sound system, and built a lush indoor–outdoor patio that screams endless summer. The result? One of the most talked-about cocktail bars Pompano Beach locals brag about to their friends.
